This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for behavior and engagement in our programs. By participating in Amaana Education, all individuals agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. Respect & Inclusion

• Treat all students, mentors, staff, and parents with kindness and respect regardless of background, beliefs, or abilities.

• Discrimination, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• Respect the opinions and contributions of others, even if you disagree.
   

2. Academic Integrity & Commitment

• Students should actively participate in tutoring sessions and complete assigned work with honesty and effort.

• Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.

• Mentors and tutors are expected to provide constructive guidance while encouraging independent learning.
   

3. Behavior & Discipline

• Disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, disrespect, or refusal to engage in lessons, may lead to removal from the program.

• All participants must arrive on time and be prepared for sessions.

• Parents and students must communicate respectfully with tutors and staff.
   

4. Attendance & Commitment

• Regular attendance is expected to ensure progress. Repeated absences without valid reason may result in removal from the program.

• If unable to attend a session, students or parents must notify the program coordinator in advance.

• Parents should support their children by ensuring they attend sessions consistently.
   

5. Safe & Supportive Environment

• Any form of violence, intimidation, or threats will not be tolerated.

• Inappropriate language, offensive jokes, or disrespectful gestures are strictly prohibited.

• Any concerns or conflicts should be reported to program staff immediately.
   

6. Digital & Online Conduct

• If participating in online sessions, students must be in an appropriate and distraction-free environment.

• No recording, screenshotting, or sharing of private session content without explicit permission.

• Any form of cyberbullying or inappropriate online behavior will result in immediate disciplinary action.
   

7. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in:

• A verbal or written warning

• Temporary suspension from the program

• Permanent removal from Amaana Education
   

Decisions regarding disciplinary actions are at the discretion of the Amaana Education team.
